Launching in mid August, 2008, Dining [In!] is proud to be serving a daily meal plan for that person who wants it all. For only $42 per day, you will receive breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack! The Daily Diet will be using the same fresh, high quality and organic ingredients used by Dining [In!], the leading Bay Area personal chef delivery service. Now it is easy and affordable for anyone to lose weight and not have to worry about what to eat, how much to eat or when to find time to cook... The Daily Diet does all the work for you.

As part of the monthly plan, you are able to use the program made available by

Nutrition for You.

They offer support to knock down those barriers to lasting change, focusing on lifestyle modification for healthy weight loss, not unhealthy gimmicks. They start from where you are and give you realistic, long term goals. You'll feel full and lose weight with healthy food choices and diverse food options, not rigid menus or restrictive diets. Using the success tracker, you can be sure to maintain your weight during training, travel, or off weeks from the gym.

How the program works:


1. Contact the office to receive an intake questionnaire

2. Go online to www.Nu4You.net to set up your account. During the set up portion you will be asked a series of questions to determine the correct meal plan for you, including food allowances and caloric intake per day.

3. You will receive a phone call from our Chef to review all your information, set up a delivery schedule and answer any of your questions.

4. The meals plans are 5 days worth of food. There will not be any entrees available a la carte.

5. The Daily Diet is a monthly plan. The meals, food record keeping and phone coaching are on a 4 week cycle. We are here to keep you focused and set up great new eating habits.

6. Payment is received in advance before delivery. Dining In accepts Mastercard, Visa and checks.

7. Your nutritious and tasty meals will be delivered to your home or office, then heat and enjoy!
